5 do’s

✅ Start with a gentle massage on your face and neck to relax the muscles.

✅ Repeat each exercise a few times to maximize the benefits of the movements.

✅ Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated and help your skin look its best.

✅ Be gentle with your skin and avoid tugging or pulling too hard when performing exercises.

❌ Use too much pressure when massaging your face and neck.

❌ Perform exercises too often or for too long as this could cause strain or pain.

❌ Overdo it with the face yoga and take breaks when needed.

❌Perform exercises without proper guidance as incorrect technique could lead to injury.

❌ Perform exercises if you have any existing skin condition or injury.
