To get a perfect facial contour and a slim, sculpted look, try these 5 simple yet effective face yoga exercises:

The Cheek Puff:

  1. Inhale a deep breath of air and puff up both cheeks.
  2. Hold for a count of five.
  3. Exhale through your nose.
  4. Repeat the exercise five times.

The Jaw Tension:

  1. Tilt your head back and look at the ceiling.
  2. Move your lower lip over your upper lip as far as you can.
  3. Feel the tension in the jaw muscles near your ears.
  4. Hold for 10 seconds.
  5. Repeat 10 times.

The Fish Face:

  1. Suck in your cheeks and lips to make a fish face.
  2. Hold the posture for a few seconds and then relax.
  3. Repeat this exercise five times.

Resistance:

  1. Clench two fists and put them under your chin.
  2. Open your mouth, with the resistance of your fists pushing up.
  3. Hold for 5 seconds and release.
  4. Repeat the sequence 5 times.

The Cheek Lift:

  1. Smile as wide as you can.
  2. Place the index and middle finger of both your hands on both cheeks.
  3. With the help of your fingers, lift your cheeks towards your eyes.
  4. Hold it there for a few seconds and relax.
  5. Repeat the exercise 5 times.
