To get a perfect facial contour and a slim, sculpted look, try these 5 simple yet effective face yoga exercises:
The Cheek Puff:
- Inhale a deep breath of air and puff up both cheeks.
- Hold for a count of five.
- Exhale through your nose.
- Repeat the exercise five times.
The Jaw Tension:
- Tilt your head back and look at the ceiling.
- Move your lower lip over your upper lip as far as you can.
- Feel the tension in the jaw muscles near your ears.
- Hold for 10 seconds.
- Repeat 10 times.
The Fish Face:
- Suck in your cheeks and lips to make a fish face.
- Hold the posture for a few seconds and then relax.
- Repeat this exercise five times.
Resistance:
- Clench two fists and put them under your chin.
- Open your mouth, with the resistance of your fists pushing up.
- Hold for 5 seconds and release.
- Repeat the sequence 5 times.
The Cheek Lift:
- Smile as wide as you can.
- Place the index and middle finger of both your hands on both cheeks.
- With the help of your fingers, lift your cheeks towards your eyes.
- Hold it there for a few seconds and relax.
- Repeat the exercise 5 times.
